A THEATRICAL MULTI-STORIED TOUR PRESENTATION

The Chambers of Stories is one of our newest tours. It is a journey through the three Chamber rooms: Music, Billiards, and Pinon. The tour group is taken through the rooms by a guide who introduces the group to three live stories in each of the rooms:
Discipline:
John Philip Sousa was a friend and colleague of F.O. and Flora Stanley. This story takes place in The Music Room and focuses on Sousa’s reactions to the modern world, his musical and dance influences, personal philosophy, and impact on popular culture.
Fun and Games:
Two female bartenders inhabit the Billiards Room, where women traditionally were only permitted to be observers, not participants in the fun and games. Are they ghosts? They say we only haunt ourselves!
Romance:
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley spend an afternoon talking about music, art, and poetry in the Pinion Room. They are preparing to take a photograph to commemorate Flora’s birthday. In addition, they share their excitement regarding recent developments on a drive through their community Estes Park, Colorado.
