All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. All events at Stanley Concert Hall. Approved bags are limited to:

• Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12"x6"x12"

• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)

• Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue.

• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
