Policies

Deposit Policy

One night deposit at the time of booking, including room and tax. Some rates will be subject to different deposit policies. At time of check in an authorization of $100 per night will be placed on the credit card provided. This authorization will be released upon check out and may take 5-7 business days to release.

Cancellation Policy

All hotel reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit on-file. Condos must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit on file. Some rates will be subject to different cancellation policies.

Parking

Overnight guest parking is available at no charge for hotel guests. There is no RV or Trailer parking available on the property.

Additional

Guests must be 21 years of age and up to reserve a Stanley Hotel room or Stanley Residence condo. No guests under 21 are permitted to stay in rooms alone.

The Stanley Hotel is a non-smoking property. Damage fees may be assessed for violations of this policy in guestrooms.
No pets permitted inside any Stanley properties, restaurants or guestrooms. Damage fees may be assessed for violations of this policy in guestrooms.

Due to their historic nature, please note that the main Stanley and Lodge hotels have limited air conditioning.
Housekeeping in guestrooms is provided every third day of your stay; more frequent housekeeping may be requested subject to availability.
