Beautiful and haunted. The Stanley has been consistently wonderful each time I've stayed here. Estes Park and RMNP are so fun no matter how many people you're traveling with. The Post on the grounds is a 5 or 5 as well. Oh and the whiskey bar is awesome. Loved exploring the basement and the grounds. The hotel service is fantastic. The location and view from the front deck, or from the Post, at sunset is unbeatable.

Absolutely worth staying and paying the additional for a room with supernatural visitors ✨

I had wanted to stay here for years and earlier this week I stayed for two nights both nights were increadble I stayed in two different rooms wanting different experience and both rooms were just right and in the first room I did have an experience. Also every staff member I met was happy to talk about any expereinces they have had if any

Stanley hotel is a must when you visit Estes Park. Its historical and ofcourse if you are a "The Shining " fan or like haunted places a must. The Tours are great and there's lots to explore such as the garden and some of the open areas open for guest to see. Visit the restaurant and bar. Amazing selection of cocktails, beers ans amazing Colorado fare. Great views all around.

A a quick overnight staying in the lodge along with the Shinning Tour. Had a late lunch of gluten fried chicken yummy, then wonderful brunch before we left town. Our waiter for brunch was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and efficient. Thank you everyone.

I recently stayed here for two nights with my daughter. We were visiting from the UK doing a tour around Colorado. From start to finish our experience of this hotel was excellent. Check in was fast and very helpful and informative. Our room was clean with huge comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.
We were informed on arrival that there was no housekeeping to the room but if we needed anything to ask.
The wine bar terrace was a lovely place to have a drink and relax. The food and service in the main restaurant was very good, and we had breakfast one morning at Brunch and Co which was excellent.
There were a lot of people around on tours but this was no problem at all. Altogether an excellent stay in a lovely hotel.

The Stanley Hotel was a beautiful and fun experience, from the original beautiful rooms and hallways to the closeness of the Rocky Mountain National Park. As you get to walk around the hotel you get to witness the history of the Stanley Hotel as well as the cool connection to Stephen King's inspiration for The Shining. On top of that, our ghost tour of the Stanley Hotel was an amazing experience especially thanks to our fun and educational tour guide, Jim. I HIGHLY suggest if you are staying the night at the Stanely, experience the ghost tour with Jim and you will not regret it!
