Located on the grounds of The Stanley Hotel, The Post building was built in 1909 as the original carriage house for the hotel. The Post brews delicious, easy-drinking beers, shakes up creative seasonal cocktails, and serves farm fresh, modern Colorado cuisine. They fry up the crispiest, juiciest hot chicken around and pair it with innovative, shareable sides, vegetarian and seafood dishes, and fresh salads, continuing to earn "Best Of" awards for their five Colorado locations since they opened in 2014.

Cascades Restaurant is a classic American restaurant and steakhouse featuring fresh, innovative dishes with a local flair and a focus on sustainable ingredients. Seasonally and weather permitting, Cascades also offers an outdoor covered patio with views of the cascades waterfall. The patio has al fresco dining and seasonal outdoor bar. Some of our most popular items include the Colorado Game Meatloaf, Filet Mignon and Grilled Elk Loin, so bring your appetite!

The Whiskey Bar & Lounge features lunch and dinner as well as fine beverage selections, a historic cocktail menu and Colorado's largest selection of whiskeys and single malt scotches. 217 Wine Bar is our newest premium bar that is located in the beautiful historic Music Room in the main lobby. The bar's lounge is designed with chic modern furniture in musically inspired history and decor. 217 Wine Bar offers a finest selection of wines featuring The Stanley Hotel exclusive 217 wine, Cabernet Sauvignon by correlation wines. Join us for a relaxing glass of wine and accoutrements in 217 wine bar and soak in the view of the majestic Rockies from our front porch or enjoy the hidden Flora balcony.
