Children under 8 years old are not permitted on tours, including infants being carried or riding in strollers.
Pets are not permitted.
Audio and visual recordings are not permitted. Photography is allowed.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Intoxicated guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
We do not have a waitlist for tickets.
Visitors purchasing discounted tickets may be asked to show proof of military service or AAA membership.
Total walking distance can be about one and a quarter mile and may feature stairs. Please plan accordingly.
What to expect
Please be aware of the altitude. Feel free to bring a water bottle and tell your guide if you are feeling lightheaded or unwell.
Tours are subject to change depending on availability of venue space and capacity.
Tour tickets cannot be transferred, cancelled, or refunded less than 24 hours before scheduled tour time. All changes are subject to availability.
Parking is $10 for day visitors (May – October). Guests will receive a Stanley Token that can be redeemed at outlets on property or kept as a souvenir. Some restrictions may apply.
