The resort currently features 62 two bedroom/two bath vacation condos, 12 three bedroom/four bathroom townhomes, and 3 four bedroom townhomes, all located near the banks of the Fall River, or perched up high with panoramic views of the Continental Divide. Guests enjoy the property’s heated, outdoor pool and year-round, outdoor hot tubs, a community room, fire pit and grill areas, as well as an outdoor recreation area with yard games and a hammock. Perfect for friends and family to gather together for memories that will last a lifetime.

In August of 2018, Fall River Village introduced Skyview Wedding and Event Center. At Skyview, couples can exchange vows and celebrate among breath-taking panoramic mountain views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide. This rooftop, weather-proof ceremony space and modern, open-air reception space will host up to 110 family and friends in a resort atmosphere. Best of all, brides can customize their weddings with us – with the freedom to choose their own catering and vendors – creating a mountain wedding of their dreams.

Group meeting space is currently available with the resort’s onsite community room (40 person capacity). This space is perfect for hosting family reunions, weddings, retreats and more.
