Cascades Restaurant

Cascades Restaurant is a classic American restaurant and steakhouse featuring fresh, innovative dishes with a local flair and a focus on sustainable ingredients. Seasonally and weather permitting, Cascades also offers an outdoor covered patio with views of the cascades waterfall. The patio has al fresco dining and seasonal outdoor bar. Some of our most popular items include the Colorado Game Meatloaf, Filet Mignon and Grilled Elk Loin, so bring your appetite!

Whiskey Bar at Cascades Restaurant

The Whiskey Bar & Lounge features lunch and dinner as well as fine beverage selections, a historic cocktail menu and Colorado's largest selection of whiskeys and single malt scotches. The wine program will awaken your inner sommelier, and the Stanley Select Old Fashioned, 291 Sm’oaked Old Fashion or Redrum Punch may just cause your cares to melt away.

217 Wine Bar

217 Wine Bar is our newest premium bar that is located in the beautiful historic Music Room in the main lobby. The bar's lounge is designed with chic modern furniture in musically inspired history and decor. 217 Wine Bar offers a finest selection of wines featuring The Stanley Hotel exclusive 217 wine, Cabernet Sauvignon by correlation wines. Join us for a relaxing glass of wine and accoutrements in 217 wine bar and soak in the view of the majestic Rockies from our front porch or enjoy the hidden Flora balcony.

The Post Chicken & Beer is located in the renovated 1909 Carriage House at The Stanley Hotel. Featured by Guy Fieri on Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives, The Post's motto is 'Hot Chicken Loves Cold Beer.' Enjoy Colorado-style, gluten-free fried chicken, farm-fresh sides, and food-friendly craft brews to wash it all down. Join them for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch! Takeout is also available.
