​Andrew grew up in the flat-lands of Michigan competing in USA Climbing competitions and climbing in the Red River Gorge of Kentucky.  Andrew is currently finishing up his undergraduate career as a double major in History and Political Science at Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, CO. Andrew has AIARE Level 2 Avalanche education and has taken the AMGA Rock Guide and Single Pitch Instructor courses.
