Guests will be required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their service starting and will have access to the locker rooms to showers and/or change and will have access to the relaxation lounge. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Steam room, sauna, Aspire pool, jacuzzi, and pool are all accessible for guests 18 years or older with spa appointments or those with a spa day pass. The facility will be accessible for up to two hours after your service.

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.  The cancellation of a group will require seven-day notice.

To offer an atmosphere of relaxation, cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.  In order to protect our guest’s privacy, cameras or videos are not permitted in the locker areas and wet facilities.

For your convenience, a gratuity of 20% will be included in your services for your service professionals.  Additional gratuities may be added at your discretion.
