Q & A
Is Table only available on Friday and Saturday evenings?
Yes, because we bring celebrated chefs in from all over the region and the special nature of the menu and necessary time to prepare, we limit our seating to just Friday and Saturday.
Can I bring a group?
Yes, however Table is limited to a maximum of 20 people per seating so it depends on availability and the size of your group. Groups over 6 require a credit card deposit. If a group would like to buyout the entire Table contact Marnie email@example.com
Are there variations or substitutions for the menu for say, gluten-free or vegan?
Usually this depends on the chef-most have the ability to create a substitute-especially gluten or dairy free and often vegetarian or pescatarian is no problem. Please let us know your concerns when you make the reservation
Are there packages available that include overnight accommodations?
You bet! Guests that book a reservation at Table are offered a 15% off entire room stay. Please reach out to Marnie for Link.
Does it matter when I arrive?
Yes. Table has a wonderful reception with wine and passed hors d’oeuvres as guests arrive at 6:30. We seat promptly at 7pm. For those who want to do the 9pm ghost tour as well as the dinner, please let us know when making the reservation as usually it is no problem.
What is the dress code?
Blue jeans to ball gowns...but Colorado casual is perfect!
Can we bring our own wine?
Unfortunately no, as we have specific wines paired with the chef’s five courses. There is usually a vintner or wine representative at the dinner who has done the pairings with after the chef has made the menu. Most of the dinners are with wine but occasionally we have beer or whisky pairings.
Does the price change because I don’t drink wine?
The wine pairing s are specially chosen and we get a wonderful price due to our quantities. Not drinking does not change price.
How long do the dinners last?
Because Table is an experience and not just a meal, you should allow for at least 2 1/2 hours as each course is presented by the Chef and sommelier/distiller/or brewer with ample time to enjoy.
Can I bring my kids?
Due to the wine pairings and as a courtesy for the other guests, all Table guests must be 21 or older
Reviews & Testimonials
"My culinary journeys at this incredible weekly event are probably the best dining experiences I have ever had. As a result, I find myself becoming a Table regular."
"Table isn't just about the food -- which has always been absolutely sensational. What makes it extra fun is the sense of community with your friends and fellow diners, and also getting to know the chefs, learning about what inspires them, and learning the history of the food and drinks they're preparing."
"Table starts off with a fun half hour or so of tasty hors d'oeuvre and some sort of drink/cocktail in a cozy lounge at one of the beautiful historic buildings on the Stanley property. You can hang out with your friends or meet some of the many interesting folks who come from around the world to experience this feast. It moves into another gorgeous room at The Lodge with the namesake of the event: the table. It seats 20 people. Conversation is lively and interesting, and between each course, we can meet the chefs and talk to them. It's really fun."
"So far, my favorite evening was entered on a tequila menu. The food was absolutely incredible, and the tequila-based drinks blew my mind. The chefs were a ton of fun as well."
"I was luckily enough to enjoy The Table twice. It is quite an experience with all the different courses and pairings that were provided. Each time, a different chef. The chef had as much as we did allowing him to create unique dishes and to a party of 20."
"This will be one of your favorite evenings. We took our friend from France on the night the chef was doing "authentic French" cuisine. She said it was one of the top meals she had ever enjoyed. Meet strangers in an elegant, friendly setting and become friends. You'll love it!"
"We were not staying at the Stanley, so this was a nice chance to see the historic lodge. The food was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the wine pairings. Service was friendly and casual, but very professional. An all around fun evening."
"I can't recommend Table enough!"
"This was quite the interesting experience. I've done several limited seating dinners before, and the menu at this one was surprisingly elaborate. We ate at the table with the sommelier in charge of the wine pairings and were able to learn about our meal while we ate. I was by far the youngest at the table, followed by my partner, but it was fun nonetheless! If you can get on the list, I'd suggest doing so. The surprise of different chefs and wines was a nice treat and the price is fair!"
