Table welcomes Chef Damasky from Fish restaurant in Fort Collins. His career started as an expo at a steakhouse, working himself on to the line and prep and from there he worked at chophouses and pizza parlors until finally reaching a kitchen management position. Four years later, he decided culinary school and a patisserie-hospitality management degree. He successfully managed kitchens on a fine dining cruise ship from New York to Florida. Also, he has opened three successful restaurant groups in Fort Collins and since moving here he has completed three working seasons with local farms. When it comes to community support through agriculture, he wishes to grow from here wanting to include local farms, growing projects/experiments. It's very important to Chef Damasky to connect with the people that are involved at the grass roots level in the community he lives and works.
