Jeffrey Wall is the executive chef of Hearth & Dram, an independent restaurant concept located in the bustling Union Station area of Denver’s LoDo neighborhood. Relocating from Atlanta to Denver, Wall brings with him years of knowledge, experience and a philosophy of scratch-made, sustainably sourced foods. He actively works with local purveyors to access high quality, native ingredients. Hearth & Dram, under Wall’s direction, will feature Rustic American Fare that is both adventurous and approachable, paired with the largest whiskey selection in Downtown Denver – more than 350 varieties. Prior to joining the Hearth & Dram team, Wall was the executive chef of Kimball House in Decatur, Ga., which was touted by Southern Living Magazine as 2014’s “Best Restaurant in the South.” His dishes have been featured in numerous national publications, including Eidé Magazine, Creative Loafing’s 100 Dishes to Eat in Atlanta, The Splendid Table, and AJC’s Best Dishes of 2012, and have earned him accolades such as inclusion in Zagat’s “30 under 30” list of top industry professionals.
