Cascades, a Classic Americana Restaurant and Steakhouse – takes place in the historic 102 year old Stanley Hotel. Join us for, breakfast, lunch or dinner in our comfortable dining room. Distinctive food, with dishes that include, certified dry aged Angus beef, incredible fresh seafood, gourmet sandwiches, delicious pasta, Colorado specialties, Americana cuisine and much more. The chef has tailored a menu to complement our local cuisine while introducing some American favorites, with a "farm to plate," influence. In addition the need to try desserts, like our famous Elk Tracks, house made gelatos and crème brulees. There is something for everyone.

Our bar and lounge offers complete dinner service along with fine beverage selections and a Historic Cocktail Menu. The wine program will awaken your inner sommelier. We have an extensive list from New World and Old World as well as international selections, from the core recognized wines to cult wines it will excite the novice or that of the aficionado with great depth and breadth.

Weather permitting, our intimate yet spacious covered patio and patio bar is a perfect place to dine and enjoy a cocktail or two. You may also choose the front veranda for coffee or champagne as you view the mountains and get lost in your thoughts.
