The Stanley Hotel is pleased to offer two terrific evenings with Chef Caroline Glover. On top of an outstanding career, Caroline is now the head chef at Annette, based in Aurora, Colorado Caroline Glover opened Annette in February of 2017. She's been serving wood-fired, scratch-to-table, family-style fare in a beautiful and airy space at the southeast corner of Aurora's Stanley Marketplace ever since. The restaurant is named for Caroline's great aunt Netsie, a novelist and short story writer who taught Caroline the value of strong opinions. Caroline's food, which showcases local and seasonal ingredients, is at once simple, delicious and refined. Before launching Annette, she spent two years at the acclaimed Denver restaurant Acorn, which was named the best restaurant in Denver by 5280 Magazine during her tenure. Caroline began her career at The Spotted Pig, a pioneering New York City gastropub run by famed British chef April Bloomfield. She rose to become a sous chef there before departing to work on farms in Pennsylvania, Vermont and Colorado and helping to launch a farm to table restaurant in western Colorado. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
