7:00pm  Check-in will begin in the Music Room. 

There will be a lounge with  music and entertainment in the Music Room.There will be a Cash Bar set up in the Music Room for cocktails prior to dinner. 

9:00pm  Doors open in the MacGregor Ballroom

Live music will be provided by That Eighties Band ( one of the most popular tibuite bands in America) 

12:00am Champagne toast 

1:00am  Crystal Ball ends


FAQs

Is there a dress code?
cocktail attire is strongly encouraged   

Are drinks included?
2 drink tickets and a Midnight Toast will be offered with Dinner and Ball entry level. A midnight toast will be offere with only Ball entry level.

Are food included?
Yes, 3 course sit down dinner is offered to the Dinner and Ball entry level and a delectable dessert bar will available to both entry level.  If you have dietary restriction please call in advance. 970-577-4111

What time should we show up?
Check-in will begin at 7:00pm for Dinner and Ball entry level , and only Ball Check-in at 8:30 PM at music room. The Dinner will commence at 7:30 pm in MacGregor Ball Room and the Ball will start at 9:00pm in Macgregor Ballroom . You are welcome to come early to enjoy  cocktails, music and entertainment in the Music Room prior to dinner.  

Will there be Valet Parking?
No, however, we do have plenty of parking available at no cost

Will there be Coat Check?
Yes, coat check will be available at the Front Desk at no additional charge.

Are children allowed?
No.  ALL guests MUST be at least 21 years of age to attend the event.  ALL guests (regardless of age)  MUST have a valid ID in order to pick up tickets and get a wristband. – NO EXCEPTIONS!

How do I get my tickets?
Tickets are available to pick up at Check-In, or you may print them off at home if purchased online.
